Happy  Time’s mission is to create a warm and nurturing environment that will facilitate the best available early education for your child to ensure a lifetime love of learning.  Dedicated, trained early childhood professionals create age appropriate classrooms while implementing NAEYC (National Association of Education of Young Children) recommended curriculum, The Creative Curriculum, Teaching Strategies Gold; in each classroom.

The  school’s philosophy is to teach each child as an individual; and create an environment where all children have a sense of belonging to a preschool community.  Children need to have a sense of belonging, to feel that they are important and are needed; to learn to be independent and to make individual choices.

2/8/2015 This is my son's second year at Happy Times Preschool. When I started the search for the appropriate placement for him, I was feeling anxious. The bigger chain preschools and day cares did not appeal to me. When I walked into Happy Times and met Sandra and Liz....I felt such a different energy in the air! There was a warmth and genuine effort to help us feel comfortable. I knew this was where I wanted my son to be. The teachers here are one in a million. They are compassionate and take genuine interest and pleasure in their jobs and the children. My son is constantly bringing home wonderful projects and creations. He loves going to school and seeing everyone. I am so impressed with the beautiful outdoor area in the residential setting. I could not be more thrilled, impressed and thankful that we chose Happy Times for my son's first school experience. I will be sad to leave these ladies this Fall but looking forward to my daughter starting there next year!!!​

2/2/2015 We looked at several preschools in the area and Happy Times had everything we were looking for.  We felt like we were almost over thinking how to pick the perfect preschool for our daughter until we looked at Happy Times.  They are under new ownership and Mrs Sandra and Mrs Liz are wonderful! Not only are they dedicated to helping young children develop a solid learning foundation for kindergarten but they genuinely care about each child's emotional development and well being.  When you meet them you can see right away how caring they are.

This preschool is flexible and very accommodating which was great for my needs.  Our daughter is thriving there and lights up every time she talks about school and her teachers. Take your kids to visit you won't be sorry.

1/23/2015 Happy Times Preschool is definitely the best preschool in Naperville! My daughter loves going each day to see her friends and she loves the teachers! Liz and Sandra are amazing and answer every question you ask. They are dedicated to making the kids and families feel comfortable and just make this school an amazing part of our lives! My daughter is graduating this school year and she tells me she doesn't want to go off to kindergarten and that she wants to just stay at Happy Times because she loves her teachers and friends. If I ever have more children I won't bother looking at any other school I will definitely be sending them straight to Happy Times Preschool! It is definitely the best school and has the best owners and staff!

1/12/2015 We have been extremely happy with Happy Times Preschool. The teachers and staff have a lot of experience and are very nurturing. We have noticed a huge change in our son's level of excitement in learning his letters, numbers and wanting to read since the start of school. Happy Times has exceeded our expectations and has been consistent with providing the program that they said that they would when we signed up. I highly recommend this preschool! It has been a very positive experience.

1/12/2015 We live in Chicago, but I work in Naperville, and while the commute can get exhausting with two preschoolers, we have never seriously considered moving our kids to another school. We could not be more pleased with Happy Times! Sandra, Liz and the entire staff are dedicated, nurturing, and patient. Our son has severe allergies (as do some of the other children), and the staff has been wonderful about ensuring a safe environment and making accommodations for meal and snack time. There is excellent communication throughout the year, as well as a number of special events (holiday programs, etc.) that help to keep us connected to the school. The curriculum is centered on creativity and play, and much learning takes place in that context. Twins have a tendency to simply stick together, and this experience has been helpful for them to branch out, discover their independence from one another, and make new friends.

I should also mention that my wife is a clinical psychologist, and she is very picky about the type of environment that our children experience. This is absolutely what we were looking for.There is so much anxiety related to choosing a preschool and having one's children in another's care; it is always comforting to know that our kids are in loving hands when we drop them off at Happy Times.​

10/2/2013 My daughter absolutely loves going here! This is her first year in preschool. The transition from being with mom and dad to being away from us was so easy because of the environment at Happy Times. The class sizes are smaller than most of the preschools in the area so my daughter gets a lot of individual attention. I really appreciate this since her older brother is in Kindergarten with one teacher and 25 students and complains that he never gets called on in class.
Her teacher, Miss Liz, is so wonderful and has a lot of experience with preschoolers. The playground is the best! The pretend street for the children to ride their tricycles and Cozy Coupes on is fabulous. It is shaded by big trees so the children aren't baking in the sun while they play.
